Faith Family,

Attached you will find our weekly newsletter.

Angie has asked me to write this week’s newsletter due to her busy and
hectic work schedule this week. Any omissions and/or mistakes are 1)
unintentional and 2) attributable to me.

Peace to all and always remember that *God is good*,

El Sistema first annual report of performance

All,

Our class newsletter will be sent out tomorrow. Until then I am passing on the link to the first annual report concerning El Sistema, courtesy of Roger Rowe.

This is a worthwhile read, I highly encourage you to take the time to read and understand the awesome impact this program is having on our youth and underserved community.

Per Mindy Sharp yesterday she mentioned that the El Sistema program is a perfect example of "practical theology" in practice.

Blessings to all,

Jim & Julee

The Party is ON!

Jeanie & Richard says, "The Party is on"!

This week’s newsletter

Hey, Maranatha friends:

Attached you will find the Maranatha newsletter that covers last week and this week, due to a certain computer program that crashed but shall remain nameless. Let’s just say that if you want to reach me, you should definitely use my Hall Estill address, because the Maranatha gmail address and I are no longer friends. Pam Low and Jim Embrey will be sending out the newsletter after I prepare it each week for the remainder of the year. At least, that is the plan if I don’t resort to actually biting the computer . . .

Lots of interesting opportunities this week, including theatrical productions (check the Announcements Section) corporate internships for young people (check the Announcements Section) and, of course, a whopper of a social coming up this Friday. Fifty-six people have signed up to attend so it should be a wonderful evening. Check the Social Section for all the details and prepare to have fun!

Remember that you are appreciated, enjoyed and admired by your class members.

Thanks,

Angie
