Attached you will find our newsletter for this week, which I hope will provide you with an update on things happening within our class and around the church. Two things of note:
***Rev. Ken Tobler will be our speaker this week and next week. His topic is "Tying Faith Into Nots." No, I didn’t misspell the word "nots." That’s what he gave me!
***Audra Fogle is seeking four to six people from our class to be responsible for providing communion at Oklahoma Methodist Manor one Sunday per month at 11:00. People who have done this have found it to be profoundly meaningful and moving to interact in such a special way with our senior citizens, many of whom were bedrock members of BAUMC. If you are interested in serving in this way, there is a training class at OMM on Tuesday, February 16th from 6:00 to 7:15. If you would like to be involved in some way but cannot commit to one Sunday per month, please contact Audra to discuss how you can participate at (918) 699-0130.
