We have some important information in this week’s email. I’ve starred some of the important items and tried to make it easy to scan – please take a look.

Ken Privett will teach us this Sunday, and that will be a treat! He will be followed by Pam Low on December 16 and Carol Maus on December 23.

MISSIONS:
***Sharon Earley needs all gifts for the children at Redemption Church by this Sunday! Their party is next week. If you drew a child’s name, please get it to Sharon, or be sure to bring it to class Sunday in a gift bag with the child’s name attached. Suggested amount is $25-$35.
The Neighbor for Neighbor Christmas Party is today, December 6. This event is great fun, and volunteers are welcome. Plan to arrive at 5:00 p.m.
*** Our annual Christmas Party and Auction is coming up on December 14 at Tulsa Country Club. Cost to attend is $50 per person, but if that amount poses a hardship for you, please contact Susie Butterworth – there are funds to help. If you can’t attend the party, you can assign a proxy to bid for you at the auction. Auctioneers Scott Gardner and Jim McCann need your auction item info ASAP so that they can publish a list of live auction items for those who can’t attend and want to use a proxy.
Auction trivia: This is the 25th year for our Christmas auction. About $1990 was raised at the first auction, and we thought that was amazing. Over the years, our class has raised over a quarter of a million for missions – $281, to be exact! What a generous class!
Work Area on Mission is hosting a Chili Cookoff again this year! It will be January 10 (a week after the Super Bowl). Our class needs to provide a basket to be auctioned and a chili chef contestant. Can you help?

Cards and prayers from our class make her day! Her current address is:
