Dr. Mouzon Biggs continued his series of lessons for the month of October on Theological Truth. This week he led us through the six creeds in the United Methodist Hymnal to discover the historical truths of our faith.

- Thanks to Sharon Chucoski and other class members who served dinner at the Tulsa Day Center last Friday.
- The next class social will be Pizza and Bunco on Friday, November 8.
- The Redemption dinner will be November 21.
- The Christmas Auction Party is Saturday, December 7.
- Don’t forget: It isn’t too early to consider thinking about how you will serve the class next year.
Church Announcements
- On Sunday, October 20, there will be an educational program on Understanding Alzheimer’s and Dementia at 5:00 pm.
Joys and Concerns
- I talked with Susan Day in church on Sunday who has not been in class lately because of severe knee problems. She will be having surgery on October 22.
- Pam Low talked to the class about currently being free from breast cancer while encouraging all of the women to stay up-to-day on our mammograms.
- Bill Thomas shared his recent diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis with the class. Our love and support goes to all of our class members who are experiencing health problems.
